We can discuss anything which might concern you before we start and of course we’ll confirm that the services will be delivered outside off-payroll tax regulations.

To avoid capture under the off payroll tax regulations, each time we work with you we’ll identify the discreet service elements or a package of services which you need us to deliver and then create an Order against which to deliver those services to meet the needs of your business whilst ensuring you that the services will not be subject to off payroll tax regulations. We can attend your offices to meet with stakeholders if you consider it necessary, but we’re equally happy to work on your instruction, or hold phone or video conferences with you, to make sure that we give you what you need.

We insure ourselves against the risk of the HMRC, for any reason, deeming the hire caught by IR35 and, that you should have paid anything up to £100,000 in tax and National Insurance on a PAYE basis. So we can if necessary, cover that liability.²
